A Little About Us
Our goal is to provide new Public Work professionals with the “on-the-job” knowledge that is not taught in school.
Who we are:
On-the-Job Cards is a tiny Texas company made up of a couple of civil engineering friends that love teaching the practical side of engineering. Remembering how ineffective training material was when they just started out in Public Works, they set out to better equip the next generation with real-world training that is actually useful.
With a combined 40+ years of experience, they suffered through the painful on-the job learning curve, and now want to help you avoid it.
Our Crew:
This is our 13-year old mascot Finn who likes to hang out with us while we work on making new training cards and courses. He’s a good boy.
